Countryside Properties : CELEBRATE WITH COUNTRYSIDE AT ONE BOROUGH FESTIVAL

Join us this weekend and support Dagenham's One Borough Festival

Countryside, the leading house builder behind Trinity Place, Beam Park and Fresh Wharf, is a proud sponsor of this fantastic event and we are delighted to support the Dagenham community.

Across Barking and Dagenham, we are currently building over 1,000 new homes, to help meet local housing need. Trinity Place, located in the heart of Beacontree Heath, comprises a mix of 170, one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses.

Homes at Trinity Place have recently been released for sale and have received strong interest from first-time buyers using London Help to Buy, as well as local families. Those who would like to know more about London Help to Buy, can stop by our Trinity Place marketing suite this weekend, when we'll be hosting a Help to Buy event; our experienced team will be able to answer all of your questions.

Over the next seven months, we will be launching a further two developments in and around Barking and Dagenham. Fresh Wharf, in partnership with Notting Hill Housing, is located on the Barking waterfront and is due to launch in early 2019. The scheme will comprise a mix of contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments and a selection of houses. Beam Park, our joint development with L&Q, is also anticipated to launch next year.

The One Borough Festival, which will run from 11am to 9pm and will feature live music, stalls, a children's party and West End musical hits, is anticipated to draw large crowds.

Our Countryside team will be hosting a stand at the event, with much-loved company mascot, Bill Ding. Popular with children and adults alike, Bill Ding will be inviting visitors to take part in a competition, with a Lego set up for grabs. It is also the ideal opportunity for potential home seekers to stop by for more information on the developments we're establishing in the area.
