Eight Countryside employees have been listed among the winners of the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2018. Nick Corrigan, Paul Adams, Seamus Rowan, Mick Montgomery, Mike Kitchingside, Eamon Woods, Juan Velez, and Kishore Desai have all received the prestigious award for excellence in on-site management, having competed against 16,000 site managers across the UK.

The Pride in the Job Awards recognise the industry's best site managers and act as an important benchmarking instrument that helps drive quality in house-building. Founded in 1980, Pride in the Job is the only country-wide competition that acknowledges the best site managers.

These awards are a testament to the calibre of Countryside's staff and the quality of its product. Existing and prospective buyers will be pleased to know that the construction of their homes was managed by an award-winning site manager. The winners of the awards have worked on the Baytree Lane, Kings Park, St Michael's Hurst, St Luke's Park, Herschel Place, Feature 17, Acton Gardensand The Assemblydevelopments.

Employees working on sites registered for NHBC warranty are automatically entered into this competition and are judged on the basis of a six-point marking scale. Following 12 months of judging, first-round winners will go on to compete for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Winner titles.
