Countryside Properties : RECOGNISED AS A HIGHLY COMMENDED COMPANY FOR GRADUATES TO WORK FOR

Countryside is delighted to have been highly commended in The Job Crowd's annual Top Graduate Employers for 2017/18.

Organised by early careers support service, The Job Crowd, the awards recognise businesses that produce high scores consistently across multiple categories including support, management style, remuneration, progression, culture and responsibility. Winners are selected across a selection of categories to highlight to final year university students, the best companies to consider for graduate schemes in various different sectors.

Countryside's current graduates completed a detailed survey to highlight the strengths and weaknesses in the scheme they are undertaking, providing a detailed and accurate first-hand insight into the graduate programme.

Marion Whitty, Head of Learning & Development, Countryside said: 'We have worked very hard over the past 2 years to improve the programme we offer to graduates joining our business, the surveys have given us excellent insight into what we are doing well, but also what we could improve on in the future. We are incredibly humbled to receive this award and hope to continue being able to attract such exciting talent to our business in the future.'

Newly appointed graduates will be joining Countryside from October 2017 and recruitment for the 2018 intake is due to commence in November 2018. Countryside will also be recruiting for apprentices to join from October 2017, providing opportunities across the business in various roles, for school and college leavers.
