Cove Energy Reports Increase In Mozambique Gas Resources

Cove Energy PLC (>> Cove Energy PLC), the AIM quoted upstream oil and gas company, Wednesday said Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC), operator of Rovuma Basin Area 1, Offshore Mozambique, on March 13 reported an increase of the P90 (Proven) estimated recoverable gas resource of the gas discovery area by another 2 Trillion cubic feet, or Tcf.
MAIN FACTS:
-Gas discovery area is now estimated to contain 17 Tcf to 30 Tcf plus of recoverable gas.
-Shares of Cove at 0835 GMT up 1 pence, or 0.5%, at 209.8 pence.
