Crane Co. (NYSE: CR) today announced that Thomas J. (Jeff) Craney has
been named President, Crane Composites Group. He joins Crane Co.
following a broad career with Owens Corning and brings to Crane
Composites domestic and international experience in sales, marketing,
operations and general management.
Mr. Craney held progressively responsible positions in Owens Corning's
Operations, Sales and Customer Service organizations. He was Vice
President and General Manager of the $500 million Commercial and
Industrial Insulation business. Most recently, he led the $1.9 billion
North American Building Materials sales team as Vice President of Sales.
Mr. Craney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, Indiana.
