The Company's gaming software is marketed using the name Sky Games and the entertainment software is marketed using the name Sky Play. The Company is dependent on the related parties? ability to provide capital and the existing sales to customers as its source of operating capital and the Company's capital resources are determined by the strength of the airline market.
