CREDITO EMILIANO S.P.A. As of today, Credito Emiliano SpA's member of the Board of Directors, Mr Romano Alfieri, resigned from its position for personal reasons and with immediate effect.
Therefore, pursuant to Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) Regulation, it is highlighted that Mr Romano Alfieri was appointed as "not executive" and "not independent" Director, as defined by art. 148, comma 3, TUF - Testo Unico della Finanza (Italian consolidated financial markets act) and art. 3 of Codice di Autodisciplina delle Società Quotate (listed companies corporate governance code). Furthermore, Mr Alfieri was not a member of any internal committee.
Credem would like to expresses its gratitude to Mr Alfieri - who will remain close to the Group - for his valuable and keen collaboration since 1992.
