Crest Nicholson : Tadpole Garden Village in Swindon celebrates success at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2017

Crest Nicholson's Tadpole Garden Villagedevelopment inSwindonhas been announced as a finalist in the 'Outstanding Placemaking' category at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2017.

The Sunday Times British Homes Awards recognise the excellence of architects, designers and developers working across the residential property sector, and Tadpole Garden Village overcame fierce competition from across the country to be recognised as one of the best developments in the UK.

Set to the north of Swindon, homes at Tadpole Garden Village are surrounded by green open spaces for all to enjoy. Garden Village principles have been fundamental to the design of the development, with thousands of new trees planted to complement the surrounding woodland.

Tadpole Garden Village is a joint development managed by Crest Nicholson Strategic Projects and Crest Nicholson South West.
