The Board of Directors of Crestwood Equity GP LLC, general partner of Crestwood Equity Partners LP (NYSE: CEQP) (“Crestwood Equity”) announced that it has declared the partnership’s quarterly cash distribution of $0.1375 per limited partner unit ($0.55 annually) for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2014, to unitholders of record as of May 8, 2014.

“The decision by Crestwood Equity’s Board of Directors to maintain the quarterly distribution at the existing rate, for the first quarter 2014, is consistent with the announcement by Crestwood Midstream to also maintain its first quarter 2014 distribution at the current rate in order to increase coverage,” stated Robert G. Phillips, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crestwood Equity’s general partner.

“We remain very confident in Crestwood Midstream’s ability to resume increases of its quarterly distribution rate and corresponding incentive distribution payments to Crestwood Equity as ongoing capital projects are completed during the remainder of 2014.”
