Crnogorski Telekom ad Podgorica is a Montenegro-based company engaged in the telecommunications industry. The Company offers its products under the brand names T-Com and T-Mobile. The Company offers retail sales of telephones and related equipment through a network of branch offices under the name of T-Centers in such cities as Podgorica, Ulcinj, Bar, Budva, Tivat, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Niksic, Berane, Bijelo Polje and Pljevlja. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 76.53%-owned by Hungary-based Magyar Telekom Nyrt and was a part of Deutsche Telekom Group.
