Croatia Airlines is the best rated airline in the world in terms of fulfilling passenger rights.

Croatia Airlines ranks a high 8in terms of passenger satisfaction with the quality of service, punctuality and fulfilling passenger rights. These are the results of the latest research conducted by Air Help, a company specialized in evaluating the quality of civilian air transport and helping passengers realize their rights.

The latest international research by Air Help included airlines from all over the world, and ranking was determined based on three criteria - passengers' satisfaction with the quality of service, punctuality and fulfilment of passenger rights. In the overall standings, Croatia Airlines, which has been in business for 26 years, ranks 8, ahead of many airlines with longer traditions and much larger fleets, while users of the airline services gave the company the highest marks (9.5 out of 10) for fulfilling passenger rights.

The research results are particularly valuable and important because the airlines were evaluated by the users of airline services from all over the world.

This is the second international recognition the Croatian carrier has received this year. It was ranked one of the safest among 407 airlines by the specialized international website AirlineRatings.com.
