Crown Resorts : Board Changes - Appointment of Jane Halton and Toni Korsanos

Jane Halton, AO PSM, is a former Secretary of the Australian Department of Finance and is a current Director of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited and Clayton Utz. Ms Halton's previous roles include Secretary of the Australian Department of Health, Secretary for the Department of Health and Ageing and Executive Co-ordinator (Deputy Secretary) of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Ms Halton will join the Board of Crown immediately upon the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.

Toni Korsanos is the current Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Aristocrat Leisure Limited ("Aristocrat"), a global gaming company at which she has held senior executive positions for over 10 years. Aristocrat has previously announced that Mrs Korsanos will step down from her role in March 2018. Mrs Korsanos will join the Board of Crown once her existing commitments at Aristocrat cease and upon the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.

The addition of Jane and Toni will enhance the expertise and diversity of the Crown Board. Jane will bring extensive experience in finance, risk management, information technology, human resources and public policy. Toni has extensive experience in the gaming industry and will also bring experience in the areas of technology, finance, strategy, risk management and financial and regulatory compliance."
