(Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading international stem cell storage company and the largest family stem cell bank in Europe, announces that, further to its 13 May 2014 announcement that it shall change its name to Esperite, it has convened an extra-ordinary general meeting of shareholders ('EGM') to be held on 2 July 2014, which is to implement this change and to resolve on the change of the Company's name to Esperite N.V.
