Sanef is a global service road infrastructure provider, specialist in mobility. This operation would allow CS ITS to take full advantage of a growing tolling system market.

With a view of closing this operation, which is subject to usual condition precedents and for which CS has granted exclusivity until 31 October 2012, CS will initiate consultation with its workers council representatives.
