CSR : Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

CSR Limited (CSR) announced today the appointment of David Fallu as Chief Financial Officer, effective 2 February 2017.

Mr Fallu is currently a Finance Director of Lion Pty Ltd, part of the Lion Group responsible for the group wide business transformation initiative across Lion's beer and dairy businesses. His previous roles with Lion include Finance Director of Lion's New Zealand business and Group Corporate Development & Risk Director responsible for all mergers and acquisitions, treasury and insurance operations.

His prior experience includes investment roles at CHAMP Ventures and AMP Private Equity where he was a Director and had investment responsibility for companies covering a number of sectors including manufacturing, logistics, finance and retail.

David is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a former member of the NZ CFO Forum for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
