CUDECO LIMITED On behalf of the Board, CuDeco Limited (ACN 000 317 251) advise that the closing date for the Rights Issue is extended to Friday 6 May 2016. A number of eligible overseas shareholders have reported delays in receiving their documentation and this extension is to ensure all eligible shareholders have the opportunity to participate in the Rights Issue.

Trading Halt lifted - Ordinary shares recommence trading
Allotment of New Shares
Commencement of trading of New Shares on ASX
Expected date of despatch of holding statements for New Shares
Final date for placement of any Shortfall (3 months following Closing Date)
