Custom Solutions (ISIN : FR0010889386 - Ticker : ALSOL), who are a french key player in innovative marketing solutions for recruitment, , retention and stimulation for major brands, today announced its annual turnover for the year ended September 30, 2014.

The 2014 year revenue (period 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014) amounted to € 19,7 million, up 9.4% compared with the previous financial year.
On a comparable basis, turnover for the year was stable at € 17.9 million against € 18 million in 2013.
The second Half Year amounted to € 10,3 million, increasing by 15.7% compared to 2nd Half, 2013.

On a comparable basis, after sales growth of 3.6% in the first half, and due to the return of organic growth in operational marketing, turnover in the second half fell by 4.7%, impacted by a decrease of
2 activities : marketing (-3.3%) and supply chain. (-7.1%)
The group found the way back to growth thanks to 2 acquisitions made at the end of the first half: the French APP marketing group (Flexistart commercial brand) and Lojaali digital agency in Finland, contributing for € 1.8 million in the second half, that means 9.1% of the annual turnover and 19.7% of the turnover in H2 2014.
Thus, the group confirms its focus on marketing because the logistics activities only accounted for
33% of the group's activity against 67% for the marketing activities in line with the objectives of the
Rio 2016 project.
In the fiscal year 2014, the activity of Custom Solutions has been marked by:
- an increase of 19.1% of the marketing activity, due to a return to stability of organic sales turnover and the impact, in the second half, of the 2 acquisitions in the marketing and digital fields,
- a decrease of the logistics business by 5.7%, due to lower general activity of the Group's customers,
- operational difficulties due to the change of ERP (starting October 1, 2013), have penalized the business activity of the company,
- a strong growth in digital activities of the group, thanks to the success of its Promoplace platform with the signing of several agreements including 2 at European level,
- The sale of the logistics business (about € 4 million) completed on 1 October 2014, the day
after the close of the year 2014,
- the opening of 5 sales offices in Europe, bringing, with the acquisition of Lojaali, the group's presence to 9 European countries on 30 September 2014.

PERSPECTIVES for 2015


Following the sale of the logistics business "excepting marketing" (20% of the group's activity in
2014), the CA 2015 is expected to decline. However, the marketing activity is expected to grow, allowing the Group to pursue its transformation to digital and to focus on its heart business.
International activity is also expected to grow with the signing of the first contracts in Spain, England and the Netherlands, and the opening of an office planned in Denmark in January 2015.
Finally, the group will continue its targets research in the CRM universe, marketing and digital, and hopes to count again on this growth lever in the 12 to 18 coming months. The research is still very
active.
