Custom solutions France (ISIN: FR0010889386 - Ticker: ALSOL), who are a key player in Operational Marketing Solutions in Europe, announced today the transfer of its marketing logistics business to the company "Axe Logistics" situated in Villefranche sur Saône (Dept 69).
TRANSFER OF THE « LOGISTICS » MARKETING BUSINESS
Custom Solutions announces the sale of its marketing logistics business based on two of its three warehouses (the warehouse in Eragny sur Oise (95) with its 6,000 m2 and the warehouse in Peynier (13) with 3000 m2). This transaction was completed on October 1st, 2014.
The divested business represents a sales turnover of around € 4M in 2014 (40 clients and 20 employees.
This transfer occurs without any operational change for customers who will keep their tools, their contacts and their production sites. The Group has chosen a buyer on a human scale, specialised in logistics, in order to maintain proximity to existing customer and ensure the sustainability of site activities and jobs.
The promotional logistics business, attached to the headquarters in Rousset (13) and specialising in the management of internalised promotional offers, is preserved.
This sale is in line with the objectives of the Rio 2016 project and will enable the Group to focus more on its marketing activities, as well as on its management and investment efforts in international and digital activities.
The Group CUSTOM SOLUTIONS also announces today the strengthening of its Parisian pole. This entails grouping together its subsidiaries Custom Solutions Gecip and APP (Flexistart), as well as a part of the headquarters commercial team (strengthened on this occasion), in offices situated in Puteaux France (92). The new facility aims to boost synergies between the Group companies and assert its commercial presence in Paris, the main decision making centre for its customers and prospects in France.
In addition, to meet the growing demand for digital, the Group announced that it has created a digital entity in its subsidiary NeoData in Morocco to support its development of digital products for the French and European markets.

This assignment will enable the group to accelerate its acquisitions by increasing its financial resources for research into new digital and marketing targets. It occurs six months after the acquisition of APP marketing group based in Issy Les Moulineaux (FR) and Lojaali digital agency based in Stockholm and Helsinki.
Proceeds from the sale will be integrated during the year 2015, which will be closed on September 30,
2015.
