CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) announced a twelve cent ($0.12) per share cash dividend with respect to the first quarter of 2015. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting held on March 18, 2015. The dividend will be payable on or about April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2015.

“Our Board of Directors is pleased to pay our 102nd consecutive cash dividend to our shareholders,” said Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer. “The Board further elected to increase our quarterly per share cash dividend to twelve cents ($0.12) from ten cents ($0.10) for the prior quarter.”
