Citizens Business Bank announced the hiring of Donald Toussaint as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager. Don will oversee the Bank’s newly formed Commercial Banking Center located in Oxnard, CA.

“Don is a great addition to the Citizens Business Bank team, bringing over 30 years of experience in commercial banking and wealth management,” said Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Business Bank. “Our new location represents an important and strategic expansion for the Bank. Don is the right individual to lead our growth initiative in the Ventura County/Santa Barbara County markets.”

Prior to his new position at Citizens Business Bank, Mr. Toussaint served as Executive Vice President and Division Manager at Rabobank, N.A. where he successfully established and led the statewide Middle Market Division. Prior to his tenure at Rabobank, N.A., Don was Executive Vice President and Division Manager of the Commercial Banking and Wealth Management Group at Pacific Capital Bancorp.

Don currently serves as a member of the board for the UCSB Economic Forecasting Project and CLU Center for Economic Research and Forecasting. He is a past board member of the Westmont College Foundation and Independent Colleges of Southern California.
