Citizens Business Bank announced it has opened a new Commercial Banking Center in Santa Barbara led by Phil Morreale, Senior Vice President. This announcement follows recent strategic moves by Citizens Business Bank in the Central Coast area. Citizens Business Bank opened a new location in Oxnard, CA in March 2015 and, in October 2015, announced a merger agreement with County Commerce Bank, which operates four branches across Ventura County. The merger is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2016.

“Our new location represents an important expansion for the Bank,” said Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Business Bank. “We have long desired to be in the Santa Barbara marketplace and feel we have the right leadership team in Phil, who will oversee Santa Barbara, and Don Toussaint, Executive Vice President, who will oversee all of our Central Coast locations.”
