Further to the issue of 14,947,469 ordinary Sterling shares that took place on today and Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:
As at 9.00am on 19 December 2014, the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consisted of:
220,726,309 ordinary Euro shares of no par value
258,694,836 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value
Each ordinary Euro share carries the right to 1 vote and each ordinary Sterling share carries the right to 1.17 votes.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 523,399,267. The Company holds the following ordinary shares in treasury:
280,875 ordinary Euro shares of no par value (non-voting)
7,401 ordinary Sterling shares of no par value (non-voting)
The above figure (523,399,267 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
