Rodgers, founder and former CEO of Cypress and the Company's largest individual stockholder, (collectively "CypressFirst") today announced that based on an estimate of the proxies and ballots submitted to the independent Inspector of Elections at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held today, June 20, 2017, Cypress stockholders have elected both CypressFirst nominees to the Cypress Board.

The five candidates who ran unopposed on both the Cypress Board and the CypressFirst proxy cards each received approximately 250 million votes.
