NOTICE TO THE MARKETSão Paulo, July 18, 2011 – Cyrela Brazil Realty S.A. Empreendimentos e Participações (“Company”), a company operating in the residential real estate development industry, announces to its shareholders and the market in general that it has acquired 100% of the interest held by its partner at Cyrela Andrade Mendonça, a company with operations in the Northeastern region of Brazil, more specifically in the states of Bahia and Pernambuco. This transaction is in line with the Company's organic growth strategy – which includes the increase in the number of the Company's own construction projects, supported by its vast knowledge, and by the consolidation of the Company's brand and operations in the markets where it operates. The company will be named Cyrela Nordeste, and the Company will manage and execute the construction works of that company starting August 1, 2011.CYRELA BRAZIL REALTY S.A.
