announced that Kevin E. Grant's, the Company's CEO and President,
scheduled presentation at REITWeek 2012 at the Hilton New York in New
York City on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at approximately 3:45 p.m. (ET)
was cancelled as a result of unforeseen technical difficulties resulting
in a power outage at the venue. The presentation will not be rescheduled.
