D Carnegie : Svein Erik Lilleland appointed new CEO

D. Carnegie & Co AB (the 'Company') - listed on Nasdaq Stockholm - announces today that Svein Erik Lilleland, current member of the board of directors and interim CEO, has been appointed permanent CEO for the Company.

The board has during the last couple of months assessed alternatives for a new CEO for the Company. During this process, Svein Erik Lilleland had been appointed as interim CEO. Svein Erik Lilleland joined the board of the Company in October 2016, and has since then been closely involved in working with the Company's senior management. Svein Erik Lilleland has proven to be a highly qualified candidate well suited to lead D. Carnegie & Co AB through the next phase of its development.

Comment by Svein Erik Lilleland:

'I look forward to continuing the work already started and to assume the role of CEO of the Company. I strongly believe in the Company's business concept: to own and manage residential properties with a gradual upgrading of apartments in connection with the natural turnover of tenants. I want to see continued strong growth in the Company and I look forward to further development opportunities and possibilities to add value. The Company plays an important role in housing supply and we will continue to be a stable, creative and long-term partner to all municipalities we cooperate with. '
