Dafora SA offers its drilling services in Africa and Europe, including Romania, Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Mozambique, Bulgaria, France and Ukraine. It is also involved in civil and industrial construction services. The Company’s constructions portfolio includes airports, industrial buildings, hotels, schools and infrastructure works, among others. In addition, the Company is involved in the slaughter and meat processing. Dafora SA helds stakes in a number of companies, such as Condmag SA, Dafora France, Dafora Structuri SRL, Ecoconstruct SA, Dafora Ukraine SRL, Servicii si Operatiuni Speciale la Sonde SA, Discret SRL and Macelariile Medias SRL. On September 30, 2013, Dorafa SA sold a 32.99% stake of Foraj Sonde SA.
