Troy, Mich. - Delphi announced today it is offering
remanufactured hydraulic electronic unit injectors (HEUI)
to independent repair garages as a green, low cost
alternative for popular light duty trucks with 7.3L Ford
Powerstroke engines. Delphi uses its 60 years of OE
manufacturing expertise of the most advanced electronic
diesel fuel injector systems to ensure each injector meets
OEM specifications and performance.

diesel common rail system is currently featured on 10 newly
launched vehicles in Europe where diesel systems are most
popular, including the world's lowest emission internal
combustion car, the Volkswagen Polo Blue Motion 1.2 litre,
and the Mercedes B and M-class. We apply this OE knowledge
to everything we do in the aftermarket, including
remanufacturing."
Delphi remanufactured hydraulic electronic unit injectors
feature surface lapping of each critical component to
ensure pressure sealing of sub-assemblies. In addition,
each assembly is completely disassembled, cleaned and
examined for wear and breakage. All critical components and
worn out or non-functioning parts are replaced with new
parts to help ensure reliability and performance. Delphi
guarantees key components such as the nozzle, solenoid,
solenoid screws, check balls, all o-rings and the armature
screw are replaced every time.
Delphi also offers a complete range of injectors and feed
pumps to service 7.3L Ford engines.
