(Stock Code: 2880) ELECTION OF EMPLOYEE SUPERVISOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that due to expiration of term of Mr. Xu Fangsheng and Ms. Jiang Weihong, each being an employee representative supervisors in the third session of the supervisory committee of the Company, the employee representatives of the Company have re-elected/elected Mr. Xu Fangsheng, Mr. Jiao Yingguang respectively as employee representative supervisors of the fourth session of the supervisory committee of the Company. The term of their office is three years commencing from conclusion of the Company's extraordinary general meeting held on 31 July 2014. The appointment of Mr. Xu and Mr. Jiao does not require the approval of the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders").

Mr. Xu Fangsheng, aged 50, Chinese national, an employee representative supervisor of the Company. Since joining Port of Dalian Authority in 1983, Mr. Xu had held positions of deputy secretary to the Youth League of Dalian Port Services Company, head of league propaganda department and general office of Port of Dalian Authority, party secretary and secretary to disciplinary committee of Dalian Ocean Shipping Tally Co., Ltd. He currently is the head of internal control department under the board of the Company, director of its audit management center, and supervisor of Dalian Port Corporation Finance Company Limited and Dalian Gangyue Automobile Shipping Management Company Limited. Mr. Xu graduated from the Party School of Dalian Municipal Commission majoring in economics and management and has a professional qualification for political works. Mr. Jiao Yingguang, aged 47, Chinese national, currently serves as the director of operation department and head of Customer Service Centre of the Company. Previously, Mr. Jiao held various positions including deputy chief of the shipping and commerce division under the business department of Port of Dalian Authority, deputy chief of the business department of Port of Dalian Authority, deputy general manager of Dalian Port General Cargo Terminals Company, deputy general manager of Dalian Port Corporation (Jinzhou) Liaoxi Port Investment and Development Co., Ltd., deputy director of operation department of Dalian Port Corporation Limited, deputy director of operation department of Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited, director of operation department and head of customer service centre of Dalian

Port (PDA) Company Limited, and general manager of Dalian Portnet Co., Ltd.. Mr. Jiao graduated from

Wuhan Institute of Water Transportation Engineering with a bachelor's degree in Transportation
Management. He is a senior specialist in logistics.

Mr. Xu and Mr. Jiao will not receive any remuneration for serving as employee supervisors of the Company.

Mr. Xu and Mr. Jiao do not currently, nor did them in the past three years, hold any directorships in any listed companies. They do not have any relationship with any director, supervisor, senior management or substantial or controlling shareholders of the Company. As at the date of this announcement, neither Mr. Xu nor Mr. Jiao have any interests in the securities of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the SFO.

Other than disclosed above, there is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 13.51(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange nor are there any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the Shareholders in relation to the appointment of Mr. Xu and Mr. Jiao.
