Danone Completes Sale of Stonyfield

Paris, France - August 2, 2017 - Danone announces completion on August 1st, 2017 of the sale of Stonyfield, one of its U.S. subsidiaries, to Lactalis, following the binding agreement signed on July 1st, 2017 and approved by the U.S. Department of Justice ("DoJ") on July 24th, 2017.

The divestiture was part of the agreement reached on March 31st, 2017 with the DoJ in connection with Danone's recently closed acquisition of WhiteWave.
