Dassault Aviation : keeps 4th place in Universum’s 2016 ranking

For the second year running, Dassault Aviation placed fourth in Universum's 2016 ranking of Ideal Employers for engineering school students, in all domains. Our company ranks second when the analysis is restricted to the answers of students from schools targeted by our partnership with teaching policy.

This result proves the effectiveness of actions implemented in professional training and higher education to pass on our knowledge and expertise through teachers, to present general and Dassault Aviation aeronautical professions in particular, to promote our specific expertise in terms of products, services, technologies and challenges to be faced. Above all, it allows us to raise awareness of and to understand our core values concerning the integration and development of our employees, who all share the same passion for aeronautics.

Dassault Aviation also placed fourth in the ranking by professionals from these engineering schools, moving up from eighth position in 2015. We probably owe this improvement to our recent successes with the Rafale, the nEUROn, and the Falcon 8X. Our business lines and programs already hold great appeal for engineers, and triumphs such as these only reinforce the century-old image of success associated with Dassault Aviation.
