Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Data Respons ASA (' the Company') dated March 28, 2018 regarding the proposal from the Nomination Committee to the Annual General Meeting.

The proposal has been updated with a third member in the Nomination Commitee. Otherwise there are no changes compared to the proposal from the Nomination Committee published on March 28, 2018
