Changes to the Board of Directors at Datacolor AG

At the ordinary General Meeting on December 7, 2017, the Board of Directors of Datacolor AG will propose that Jvo Grundler, Dr. iur., Attorney at Law, (1966), be elected as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Jvo Grundler most recently worked as General Counsel and Managing Partner of Legal Switzerland for EY Switzerland. He studied law in St. Gallen and Cambridge and has more than 20 years of experience in legal consulting, particularly in the fields of M&A and capital market transactions. Jvo Grundler is a member of the Board of Directors of HIAG, which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, as well as serving on other Boards of Directors and various Foundation Boards.

Effective as of the date of the General Meeting, Peter Beglinger (1945) decided not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of Datacolor AG. Peter Beglinger was a member of the Board of Directors since 1992 and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eichhof Holding AG and Datacolor AG since 2000. The Board of Directors would like to thank Peter Beglinger most sincerely for his many years of prudent and successful service.
