In fiscal 2014/15, Datacolor's net sales decreased to USD 66.8 million (2013/14: USD 70.0 million) as a result of the significant decline of the Euro against the US dollar, which however corresponds to an increase of 2% in local currency. EBITDA with USD 6.6 million and EBIT with USD 4.4 million remained at previous year's level. Net income decreased to USD 3.2 million (USD 4.1 million). The EBITDA and EBIT margin reached 9.9% (9.3%) respectively 6.5% (6.3%). Datacolor has, considering its financial assets, a substantial net cash position of USD 25.9 million and a solid equity ratio of 63.3% (September 30, 2014: 60.3%).
