Peak Construction starts New Jersey project

Peak Construction Corp. based in Des Plaines started work on DCT Industrial 's new facility in Bordentown, New Jersey.

The speculative building will be 440,440 square feet with 36-foot clear height, up to 67 dock doors and up to 21,000 square feet of office.

The facility will be LEED v4 certified which will adhere to the US Green Building Council's more stringent guidelines. The revived industrial project will provide advantageous logistical access to one or more prospective tenants. Ware Malcomb is the Architect and Langan is the Civil Engineer on the project. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.
