DeA Capital SpA is an Italy-based holding company engaged in the investment activities. The Company is De Agostini Group’s vehicle for financial investments. The Company operates through two business areas: Private Equity Investment and Alternative Asset Management. Through Private Equity Investment segment, it carries out diversified financial investments, such as direct investments in European unlisted companies operating in the services sector and indirect investments, in private equity funds of funds and in co-investment funds. Through Alternative Asset Management , the Company, through its subsidiaries, including IDeA Capital Real Estate and IdeA FIMIT SGR, is active in the management of private equity funds and real estate funds, as well as it manages total return funds and invests in companies. In July 2014, it merged by incorporation DeA Capital Investments SA.
