Reflecting the growing importance of corporate responsibility, Deckers Brands announced today that it has officially joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest voluntary corporate citizenship initiative. Deckers Brands President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Powers informed U.N. Secretary-General H.E. Ban Ki-moon, via letter, of the company’s commitment to the Global Compact and its ten principles.
