Tel Aviv, Wednesday, January 21, 2015. On January 21, 2015, Delek Group's gas partnerships received a copy of a petition to the High Court of Justice number 454/15, which was filed by the Movement for Government Quality in Israel against the Minister of National Infrastructures, Energy and Water Resources, the Petroleum Commissioner of the Ministry of National Infrastructures, Energy, and Water Resources, and against the partners in Ruth C/360 license, including the partnerships. The claim mainly includes an application for an order nisi against the Minister that instructs him to show cause as to why the petitioner did not respond to requests for canceling the Commissioner's decision to extend the validity of Ruth C license, and a request for a temporary injunction which instructs the partners in Ruth C license to refrain from starting drilling in the license or to order the respondents to file a response within a short timeframe and schedule an urgent hearing on the petition.

The Partnerships intend to study this above mentioned petition to the High Court with legal counsels' assistance, in order to examine the implications and accordingly formulate further steps in this matter.
