Receipt of Waiver Concerning Possible Change of Control of Ithaca Energy Inc
Tel Aviv, March 26, 2017. Delek Group (TASE: DLEKG, US ADR: DGRLY) ('the Company') updates that further to the Company's Immediate Report dated February 6, 2017 (ref. no. 2017-01-012945), on March 24, 2017, Ithaca Energy Inc ('Ithaca') announced that it had received the consent of Ithaca bondholders in the requisite amount of USD 300 million, that they approved the waiver of the immediate repayment clause as a result of a change in control resulting from the Company's offer to acquire Ithaca's share capital, if it should be completed.
