Dell's long-term commitment to diversity and inclusion has been well documented and recognized. Promoting an environment that values individual differences has been a pillar of Dell's success. This strategy helps the company foster the innovative workforce that has helped shape its business and to be reflective of a diverse global marketplace. "Diversity is more than an essential element of Dell's corporate values, it's a force that helps shape the type of company we are and aspire to be," said Dana Keefer, vice president of Talent Management and Chief Diversity Officer. "Dell's existing corporate diversity and anti-discrimination policies prohibit discrimination. Dell is proud to support President Obama's ongoing efforts to support diversity and inclusionin the workplace and calls on Congress to pass legislation that does the same."
