Delta teams at the airline's Operations and Customer Center are keeping an eye on Tropical Storm Beryl as it moves west-northwest towards the Lesser Antilles and into the eastern Caribbean Sea.

What was formally known as Hurricane Beryl lost its hurricane strength Saturday morning and has been downgraded to a tropical storm. Tropical Storm Beryl will reach the Lesser Antilles late Sunday into Monday.

The storm is expected to bring heavy rain and gusty wind to St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Antigua and St. Maarten early Monday morning. Winds are forecasted to be in the 30-40 mph range. The airline does not anticipate any cancellations, but its team of meteorologists will continue to monitor the storm.

As always, customers are encouraged to check Delta.com or the Fly Delta Mobile App for the most up-to-date flight status information.
