Amstelhuys NV announces that Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering NV and Amstelhuys will repurchase the mortgages underlying the externally placed RMBS Notes of Arena 2004-I BV. As a result, Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering and Amstelhuys will facilitate the full redemption of the outstanding notes on the following optional redemption date: Arena 2004-I Classes A1, A2, B and C on February 17, 2012. Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering and Amstelhuys are 100% owned subsidiaries of Delta Lloyd NV ("Delta Lloyd Group").
