By enabling commerce within Twitter, Demandware continues to be at the forefront of providing retailers and brand owners with unified commerce capabilities, helping to shorten the customer’s journey from discovery to purchase.

Twitter is one of the world’s largest social networks with more than 73 million users in the United States and 316 million monthly active users worldwide. Twitter provides an enormous opportunity for retailers and brand owners to drive shopping transactions directly on the Twitter platform. One of the first Demandware clients to enable the Twitter ‘Buy Now’ button is PacSun, a leading action sports and lifestyle specialty retailer.

The new ‘Buy Now’ button functionality will be available on iOS, Android and desktop Web browsing in the US.
