Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE: DNR) ("Denbury" or the "Company") today announced the appointment of Jack Collins as Executive Director of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Denbury, Mr. Collins was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PostRock Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: PSTR). Mr. Collins has 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, having previously worked for A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., a national, full-service brokerage firm, as a securities analyst that covered several energy industry sectors including oil and gas royalty trusts, upstream master limited partnerships, independent E&P and oilfield services. Mr. Collins holds a BA in Economics with a business emphasis from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
