- investment, finance and market banking (56.8%): financial engineering (consulting for merger-acquisitions, stock operations, etc.), investment capital, operations on the interest, exchange, and stock markets, market brokerage, specialized financing (for acquisitions, projects, etc.);
- retail banking, private banking and asset management (43.2%).
At the end of 2011, Deutsche Bank managed EUR601.7 billion in current deposits and EUR412.5 billion in current loans.
Products and services are marketed through a network of 3,078 agencies, of which 2,039 in Germany.
Income breaks down geographically as follows: Germany (37.8%), Europe-Middle East-Africa (32.4%), Americas (17.7%) and other (12.1%).
