Deutsche Börse: Order book turnover on Xetra, Börse Frankfurt and Tradegate Exchange across all asset classes stood at €125.5 billion in February (February 2014: €102.6 billion).

Of the €125.5 billion, €113.4 billion were attributable to Xetra (February 2014: €93.4 billion). The average daily turnover on Xetra stood at €5.7 billion in February (February 2014: €4.7 billion).
A turnover of €4.9 billion was attributable to Börse Frankfurt (February 2014: €4.7 billion).
Order book turnover on Tradegate Exchange* totalled approximately €7.2 billion in February (February 2014: €4.6 billion).

Broken down by asset classes, turnover in equities reached about €107.1 billion. Turnover in ETFs/ETCs/ETNs amounted to €15.9 billion.
Turnover in bonds was €0.7 billion, and in structured products €1.5 billion.

Viewed by transactions, a total of 18.0 million trades were executed on Xetra in February (February 2014: 16.7 million).

The DAX security with the highest turnover in February was Daimler AG at €6.4 billion. Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE led the MDAX equities at €1.0 billion, while Grammer AG topped the SDAX equity index with €108.0 million, and Dialog Semiconductor plc headed TecDAX with €491.8 million. The ETF with the highest turnover on Xetra was iShares Core DAX UCITS ETF with €1.5 billion.

The electronic trading platform Eurex Bonds traded €5.3 billion (single counting) in February (February 2014: €5.7 billion).
