Clearstream:Yves Baguet, Member of the Executive Board of Clearstream International S.A., Clearstream's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and, since February 2013, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Deutsche Börse Group, has decided to leave the company on amicable terms effective 15 October 2013 in order to pursue new challenges. Richard Green, currently running one of the application development departments for Clearstream's core business, will succeed Yves Baguet as CIO of Clearstream, and, ad interim, as CTO of Deutsche Börse Group.

Yves Baguet joined Clearstream in 1994 where he held various management positions in the IT area. In 2000, he became CIO of Clearstream was in charge of IT development, IT operations, the IT infrastructure and IT sales across all global Clearstream locations. Many of the projects delivered during this time such as the development of the post-trade technology for investment funds or Clearstream's collateral management solution contribute today to Clearstream's leading position in the industry. Yves Baguet contributed to and managed major IT projects across Deutsche Börse Group such as the technical integration of Deutsche Börse Clearing (today Clearstream Banking AG) with Clearstream (at the time Cedel) and the integration of Clearstream into Deutsche Börse Group. In 2007 and 2012, Yves Baguet was elected Luxembourg CIO of the year.

Richard Green joined Clearstream in March 1999 from NatWest Investments where he was a member of the Executive Committee and served as Head of Management Services. As part of his current responsibilities as Head of Cash Infrastructure and Added Value Applications at Clearstream, Richard Green leads the IT teams for collateral management and investment funds, services that today are core pillars of Clearstream's business strategy. Richard Green also led Clearstream IT's response to Deutsche Börse Group-wide initiatives in the field of mergers and acquisitions and efficiency gains.
