Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG acquires two properties in Meerbusch und Fehrbellin

Rostock, 05/06/2018 - Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A2G9LL1) has acquired two more Light-Industrial properties in Meerbusch (North Rhine-Westphalia) and Fehrbellin (Brandenburg) for a total of TEUR 6,600.

The property in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf is located in an established industrial park close to the motorway junction A57 / A44. Main tenant is a company for computer consumables. Overall, the property has a leasable area of more than 13,000 sqm and generates an annual rent of approx. TEUR 660. The purchase price amounts to TEUR 5,400 and thus with a net initial yield of 12.2%.

The logistics property in Fehrbellin is located directly on the A24 motorway (Berlin - Hamburg). It has a rental area of 22,000 m², which will soon be used mainly as a free storage area for building materials. The future annual rent is forecasted at TEUR 145. The purchase price amounts to TEUR 1,200, which then corresponds to a net initial yield of 12.1%.

The ownership of the properties is expected to be in August 2018.
