Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG acquires three commercial properties
in Dortmund, Bochum and Witten

Rostock, 28 February 2018 - Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A2G9LL1) acquires three commercial properties in Dortmund, Bochum and Witten (North Rhine-Westphalia) for a purchase price of EUR 11.0 million.

The total rental space of these industrial parks amounts to approx. 38,000 sqm., with an annualised rent of approx. EUR 1.2 million. The transfer is expected in May 2018.

Regarding the latest transactions Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG owns a portfolio of 16 properties with a total rental space of approx. 429,000 sqm., an annualised rent of approx. EUR 12.6 million and a portfolio value of ca. EUR 114.3 million.
