DEXUS Property Group (DEXUS) and DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF) today announced the settlement of the $635 million1acquisition of Waterfront Place and Eagle Street Pier ('Waterfront Place Complex') in Brisbane.
The transaction was previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange on 22 June 2015.
